Lentiviral vectors for specific expression of Fluorescent & Bioluminescent reporters or for inducible expression

Flash Therapeutics provides ready-to-use lentiviral vectors coding for bioluminescent and fluorescent reporter proteins. These reporters are under the control of specific promoters in order to label specific tissue (such as CNS, liver, pancreas...), subcell types in a tissue (such as neurons, astrocytes, germ lines cells...) or cells in a specific cell state (cell cycle, proliferation…). All these vectors can be used in vitro or in vivo.
They are also very useful for assessing transduction efficiency, to measure gene expression or for in vivo tracing or to try the specificity of a promoter of interest before your custom lentiviral vector project
